Available Monday or Thursday for group bookings .. lovely friend or family days from 10am – 5pm
All classes include a drink and snack on arrival, refreshments throughout the course of the day, all ingredients and recipes for the class followed by lunch and a drink or two of local Spanish wine .Bring a container with you to take any leftover goodies home with you ..
Why not book onto one of our bespoke classes, with a group of friends, as a couple or on your own with an opportunity to meet new people.
The classes are individually priced and will run during the day from 10am – 2pm, evening classes for groups can be arranged.
All ingredients and recipes cards will be provided for each class.

What to expect on the day
Refer to our calendar for information on which classes are running on which day. If you wish to make a private booking of , please get in touch with us via our contact form.
- 4 hour session
- 10:00am start coffee and pastry on arrival
- 10:30am – 1.30 pm 3 tapas demonstrated , with student participation
- 1:30 pm – 2.00 pm lunch of tapas with jugs of sangria or similar
- Finish time is approximate
- Recipes for all dishes
- Price 50€ pp

- Patatas bravas – saffron aioli
- Pinchos Morunos
- Mussels with a piquant tomato dressing
- Chorizo arancini
- Squid cooked in anis and tomato

- Classic Spanish tortilla

Andalusian Foodie Experiences
Pig and Fig catering are delighted to be working in partnership with Carole and Steve at Casa Caballito De Mar a beautiful boutique B&B offering two suites set in the charming village of Bedar just 20 minutes from the coast of Mojacar.
Together we will be offering foodie breaks for our clients, Pig and Fig catering will be opening the cookery school for food demonstrations with wine pairing and bespoke tapas classes.
