Regular Classes

The basic tapas course is really for beginners just wanting to learn extra skills and add some new dishes to their repertoire. I have included 3 popular dishes which you will see regularly in any tapas bar in the region.

As an example – Pinchos muronos, Patatas bravas con aioli & Mejillones con tomato salsa.

Every Wednesday from 10am – 2pm

This class is for people who have more experience, in the class we will be handling seafood and learning how to make the perfect risotto , classic croquette and choux pastry

As an example – Chorizo arancini, Albondigas con almendras salsa, Calamar con finel y tomates, Manchego beignet con salsa, Calamar con arroz y chorizo, Jamon croquette.

Every Friday from 10am – 2pm

These classes include pastry work such as a classic choux pastry, seafood preparation and the art of making the perfect croquette.

As an example – Manchego beignet con salsa, Calamar con arroz y chorizo, Jamon croquette.

Available Monday or Thursday for group bookings .. lovely friend or family days  from 10am – 5pm

All classes include a drink and snack on arrival, refreshments throughout the course of the day, all ingredients and recipes for the class followed by lunch and a drink or two of local Spanish wine .Bring a container with you to take any leftover goodies home with you ..

Bespoke Classes

Why not book onto one of our bespoke classes, with a group of friends, as a couple or on your own with an opportunity to meet new people.

The classes are individually priced and will run during the day from 10am – 2pm, evening classes for groups can be arranged.

All ingredients and recipes cards will be provided for each class.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday you will have an option of a bespoke class these will include:

A fun day, creating tasty” Street Food”  snacks .. learn to make flour and corn tortillas , tasty salsa’s , mouthwatering side dishes including refried beans and guacamole ..

This class will allow you to explore dishes from around the beautiful Mediterranean, we will cook a number of dishes either a starter followed by main course or main course and dessert.

A range of delicious dishes demonstrated and then followed by student participation, this will be an exciting vibrant class.

Chefs table will be available on an evening from 7pm – 11pm, a day time option is available from 12 noon – 4pm. Set in our new private dining room we can caterer for up to 8 people

Upon arrival you will be served a glass of cava and canapes, followed by a wonderful seasonal taster menu taking in the freshest of local ingredients   each course which will be served with a wine paired to compliment the dish .

A sample menu will be sent nearer the time as we only try and use seasonal produce.

This is a fun class perfect for small groups wanting to learn the art of making delicious canapes. A number of canapes will be demonstrated, you will than have the opportunity to create a selection of canapes from an array of beautiful ingredients. We will then sample each other’s canapes with a glass of cava.

We will be baking some delicious bread products , olive bread rolls, breakfast muffins and a selection of sweet dough goodies including cinnamon buns, doughnuts, hot cross buns.Classes will vary depending on the time of year..

A fabulous session , using some beautiful fish and seafood you will be making dishes which could include clams , mussels. gambas , fresh cod fillet and fresh anchovies .. you will be shown how to prepare the fish/seafood and make some great tapas dishes from around Spain

What to expect on the day

  • 4 hour session
  • 10:00am start coffee and pastry on arrival
  • 10:30am – 1.30 pm 3 tapas demonstrated , with student participation
  • 1:30 pm – 2.00 pm lunch of tapas with jugs of sangria or similar
  • Finish time is approximate
  • Recipes for all dishes
  • Price 50€ pp
